Watching - Connection Settings
When watching ROK TV, select the following relevant Access Point when prompted on you mobile - These are set by your Network Operator

| O2 Contract | O2 Mobile Web or O2 Web |
| T-Mobile | T-Mobile Internet |
Selecting the relevant Access Point when prompted will allow you to watch ROK TV.
If you do not have the option of selecting the above access points when connecting to watch ROK TV, use the following telephone numbers to call your Network Operator and ask them to send Mobile Internet settings to you and activate Mobile Internet on your Mobile.
