Connection Settings

You will need to have the correct settings on your Mobile to be able to download and watch ROK TV, these settings are known as access points.

Your Mobile will prompt you to select an Access Point before Downloading or Watching ROK TV. To ensure that you have the correct settings on your Mobile and that you select the correct access point, please select one of the following:

Alternatively, you could use a WIFI connection to download and watch ROK TV. Your device must be Wi-Fi enabled and connected to a Wi-Fi connection point; please refer to your device handbook to establish a connection. When prompted to do so by the ROK TV player, select the appropriate Wi-Fi connection point. Your Wi-Fi provider may charge you for data usage.
